Spent ~$250 for an appointment lasting 15 minutes that Dr Ajay Upadhyay spent telling me he couldn't help me. The pre screening phone people could have saved me a trip, and money that I can't use to support my own family because it is going to a doctor who did nothing for me but collect my money.
