My Mazda practically lives at Bass Mazda. I’ve had it there NUMEROUS times these past few months and they can’t figure out what’s wrong. Every time they call me and say it’s fixed, it’s not! It’s ok for a day or two, then bam. It won’t start again. I’m left stranded wherever I’m at when it dies out! I’m not a technician, but I think they need a few more classes. I’ve always loved my Mazda, but I’ve started thinking otherwise.
The service was great and the staff are very professional and courteous.
