Took my car in for the second time. The first visit it was towed in when I picked it up it had a tud noise right rear so I went back nothing else wrong with it and I told Matt about the noise. We took our Mazda 3 hatchback to at least a dozen shops trying to get an issue diagnosed and fixed, yet the issue kept returning, sometimes within hours. The team at the Bass Mazda service shop had it figured out and repaired in under 24 hours. What a great and smooth experience! Sean and Andrew were great. Car shopping can be stressful but they both made the process relaxed. They showed us exactly what we came in looking for and were honest when it came time to negotiate. I spent minimum time in the dealership unlike my visits elsewhere in the past. I 100% recommend.
