Terrible property management, uber unprofessional. The management company lacked internal communication and was trying to carry out unusual rental agreement. When confronted about the unusual practices the manager became irate and was unwilling to accommodate. Honestly, the process seemed very predatory-- trying to get as much money as possible from young people without actually performing the duties of a landlord to a high quality.
