I have not dealt with any other store with customer service this bad. Danny should not be interacting with customers at all - he is rude, short tempered, condescending, and does not appear to like his job. I've given this place several chances now, and today was the last. I will never shop here again. He was angry with me for coming in the morning when the store opens and he was angry with me for letting him know I had tried to come on Saturday during their hours of operation but they were closed. Super easy to deal with. Crazy helpful showing me different options and finishes.
Purchased couple times here without any issue.. Unfortunately I lost my voice so It was hard to communicate one day when I came in and was instantly treated with quite the amount of hostility even while trying to say my doctor cleared me. Either way I was kicked out of the shop without even having the chance and when my voice came back and the hostility was still there.. Sad even one of the owners didn't even speak up while I came in the second time.. I had quite a bit of Cherry to buy but now it will be elsewhere.
Always shopped locally when Melanie was the manager a few years ago now they hired Danny or whatever his name is and the customer service went down hill. The other lady could be just as rude as him depending on the day. I bought over 2000sq in flooring over the years lots of barn boards and 8x8 you name it I've probably spent 30 thousand on materials between shed projects and home construction.
