We have known Dr. Cameron (aka Dr. C.) and his caring staff since 2003 when we rescued our little Dixie. Since then, many other puppy dogs have come and we love Bass Lake Pet Hospital. (Even our Mini Schnauzers love)
Last week my family had to do what we all dread in life, say goodbye to our most precious black lab,Lacy. Although it’s inevitable, it’s so hard nonetheless.Dr.Engel and his entire staff were so comforting and patient , it’s so evident the love they have for our beautiful pets. ❤️Thank you.
we have used Bass Lake for our dogs for over 30 years. The caring and wonderful staff have always been there for us from the joys of new puppies to those sad final moments.

The staff at Bass Lake Pet Hospital were very accommodating for months but we grew tired of the obnoxious receptionist who always had to be a comedian every time we came in. Our dog had acute renal kidney disease, so while I appreciate a good sense of humor, this behavior was at times quite inappropriate. Our dog had a fatal disease and we weren’t always in the mood for a standup routine. She was also very rude to my wife on the phone. These people are the best!!! Got me in on a moments notice in order to reunite my very ill husband with our furbaby. Took excellent care of Bella and were very thorough with the exam. 5 stars all the way!!!
Always friendly and helpful staff!! I have moved away from the area but still drive my two girls to see Dr. Cameron!!!
