They do not care about you unless you are buying expensive glasses or contacts. I called because I needed an optometrist to follow up with my elderly mothers glaucoma, which I told them upfront. On 7/30 appointment I asked about an updated prescription for Lumigen/Bimatprost. Dr. Hurley had us fill out a release for her medical records and said he would call us back after checking her target eye pressure. I never heard back. Doctor Michael Martin is very nice.
From the employees at the front desk to Dr. Michelle Martin --- all are friendly, attentive, thorough and very professional. They were attentive to any questions I had and I didn't feel like I was being rushed. I highly recommend Bass Lake Family Eye Care.
