I have been a patient of Dr. Weeks for over 16 years. I appreciate his attention to detail and his friendship. All of the staff are friendly and eager to help! Laurie, the office manager, is friendly, well knowledgeable, organized, and extremely helpful!
I have never been a "glasses person".. Might have something to do with me getting older :(. Tried a couple different styles and lenses without much success (me actually wearing the glasses). Bass Lake Eye Care worked with me until I was happy. I might not like the thought of getting older and needing glasses, but I love my new glasses and being able to see better! A thumps up to Dr. Weeks and his GREAT professional team.
After listening to my needs, the optician recommended several pairs of glasses that really complimented my face shape. my friends and coworkers love my new glasses, as do I.
The WORST service ever! I normally wear no-line bifocals, but I spend a lot of time on my computer, so I ordered computer lens, transitional in brown, anti-scratch which all cost a lot. After 3 weeks, I finally received by new glasses but I did not get the computer lens, got bifocals had to return them and wait another 2 weeks. Then I discovered they did not apply the anti-scratch coating, had to send back again waiting 2 weeks.
