I would give this place negative stars if that was an option. I've been here just over a month and it's been a living nightmare. The grift started when I went to tour an apartment. I was shown a very nice apartment with all updated appliances. Of course, this unit was already spoken for but I'll guarantee that it still sits empty. I was given my move in date 3 different times, it was a Sunday. I show up on my move in date to find no management in office, doors locked, lights off. Bass Lake Crossing apartments I looked at the online virtual tours they posted and the units look dirty. Rusty tubs, sinks, carpet doesn’t look clean, tons of wear and tear, just overall nasty looking. You can tell the units are not well kept. It took several calls to even get someone to pick up the phone. When I got a person on the phone, she seemed to not understand the simple question of me wanting to schedule a virtual tour for the 1300sqft unit. Not even 5 months in an I’ve had maintenance go through my apartment an marked stuff they didn’t fix as completed. They also left my door unlocked when they left an windows open.
Everything was as it should be. Was given a tour. Very pleasant person leading the tour. Everything was fine it was me, that I didn’t like the unit she showed me that would have been mine had I gone ahead. The patio was on the ground level right next to the entrance so it afforded no privacy with people coming and going. Otherwise a nice unit that was just receiving new carpeting in between tenants Jack Jackson
