Everyone on the staff was great!
Long story short... i lived in these apartments & had to brake my lease due to the mice. It's very traumatizing, especially if you've NEVER dealt with something like that. They just keep sending out " pluckett " who does nothing. I moved out August of this year 2025 & they already have my unit on the listing which means they did NOT patch up any holes or look around to see where the mice could be coming from. When I first moved in, I was hopeful. I thought this apartment could actually be a home. For a short time, I even felt happy here. But that happiness didn’t last long because the truth showed itself quickly. The building was absolutely disgusting. Mice infested it. No matter how many times I complained, management never took it seriously. Maintenance was useless half the time; they didn’t even show up, and when they did, it was a lazy patch job that fixed nothing. I'm grateful to have a home. However, there needs to be several upgrades and real extermination for the mice. The appliances are old, the windows in the kitchen are old. The online tour is very misleading. The old carpet in the hallways smells and needs to be pulled up. The walls need to be painted. There needs to be better visitor parking. You have guests or residents that keep their broken down cars with expired tags, flat tires, and trailers in the guest parking. I would give this place negative stars if that was an option. I've been here just over a month and it's been a living nightmare. The grift started when I went to tour an apartment. I was shown a very nice apartment with all updated appliances. Of course, this unit was already spoken for but I'll guarantee that it still sits empty. I was given my move in date 3 different times, it was a Sunday. I show up on my move in date to find no management in office, doors locked, lights off.
