No parking available, maintenance requests get out on the back burner, I have been waiting over a year for a garage ( alot of the garages are full of junk and there not being cleaned out). False fire alarms all the time ( someone keeps pulling the fire alarms causing panic amongst the tenants) this place needs cameras and property management is not doing anything about it.
“The apartment complex at Bass Lake Crossing is truly worth the space and value it offers. The office manager, Holly, has been working hard to make significant improvements to the property, and I can see the effort she puts into keeping everything updated. While there are some minor issues that can be fixed, I really love the unit I’m in and appreciate the progress being made. If we could see upgrades like new parking garages, updated security entrance doors, and property cameras, it would take the complex to the next level.... read more
