i’ve been using Bass Insurance Group for almost 5 years now. Letty has been an angel for my every need every time I call if it comes to my personal auto my commercial auto Workmen’s Comp. certificate holders. They’re just great. I can’t say enough good things about all the people over there, Jeff Misty and Letty are a fantastic company and treat you well. I’ve been with Bass for 5 years now and up until last year the agent (Misty Payne) I was working with was ok. I asked back in early January for a quote on home insurances to see if I could get a lower rate than what was going to be renewed and was told I would get a couple quotes within a couple weeks.
