I needed a last minute inspection to close on my mortgage and Gee was totally accommodating with timing so we could identify what was needed and get it fixed quickly. He went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend him for any of your inspection needs.
They inspected our condo that we were selling & stated furnace not working! Had to get service out & all it needed was a filter changed. Great job guys!!!! Inspect a little closer!!! Cost us more money then a simple filter because of your poor service!
We had a gas leak in the furnace after the inspection . It was a considerable leak we didn't find it until I was unpacking boxes in the basement . Thankfully my husband could fix it. He had his own hvac business but is now retired.
One of the worst home inspections. Don't go with it. I recently bought a newly build house in Poland and now I notice lot of things they didn’t mention in the inspection, I have been facing lot of issues. AVOID this home inspection.
