I called this guy and asked about his service quality- in return he really got upset because he could not tell me about his service quality. As a community member, I do strongly believe that hard earned money should be spent wisely. As a result, I ended rescheduling a service with Quality Air LLC in emporia ks.
They came out to take a look at our heat pump/ac unit after it was smoking. After several visits ($600+ worth), replacing a $300 thermostat with a $50 one (which wasn't even the problem), our unit still did not function properly. Added to that, when it did run properly it would flip the breaker (which was not a problem before). Another company came to look, and it was just a loose wire that needed tightening.
