I am OBSESSED with my custom pieces from Bass! I came to them with my own ideas, and they absolutely brought them to life over and over again. They held my hand through the process - Kristy was so informative, kept me updated, shared previews, and made sure I was happy every step of the way. The quality and detail they put into each piece is amazing, and you can tell they put real care into their work. I’ve already gotten so many compliments! I 100% recommend Bass! If you can dream it, they can make it!
I went and Bass jewelers to buy an expensive piece of jewelry for my wife for Valentine’s Day, I asked if they had a restroom where I could pee. They told me I could go next-door so long story short I’m going to a different jewelry store. They want your money, but that’s about it.

I came to Bass’ on the recommendation of a coworker whose son got a ring custom made here. Since then, I have had the same necklace fixed umpteen times due to the chain being flimsy (bought from Tiffany and Co, not Bass) and my dog ALWAYS catching it.
