We recently had to have our outside panel box replaced. We had heard, since moving here 12 yrs. ago that Joel Bass was a fair and honest man to deal with. After coming to our home twice to figure out the problem, He did!!. He applied for the permit that day and was here 3 days later to turn off the power and replace the panel box. Everything was co-ordinated as to be without power for the least amount of time. We are very happy with both the work and the price >>>>>
