I just got off the phone with the parts department with a relatively unusual request, the people ive talked to over the phone were nothing short of amazing... This is the best customer service I've had anywhere in a long time and I am thoroughly impressed.
In my 54 years I've been in every boat, and when it comes to rough lake Erie water , NOTHING beats a cat for the ride ! It's the only one that feels like it's sucking it's self to the water. I just bought my second one , a Puma.
Went over to Mountain Home this weekend and picked up a new trailer for my PIII. Many thanks to Lisa and BCB for the awesome service and a great looking trailer.
