Have been patient of Dr. Bass’s for nearly twenty years. She spends quality time with patients, never seems to rush. Listens intently, then carefully and succinctly responds. Often is ahead of questions having thoroughly reviewed my case for years. Considers thoughtful solutions when presented with Insurance challenges, such as when FDA claims a drug is “only” for “their” disease diagnosis but all of the Multiple Sclerosis Community KNOWS it helps with an MS Symptom.

Dr Bass had cancelled my family member’s last two appointments. We show up for the third time rescheduled appointment and have been waiting without one single word from her for now 102 minutes past my elderly family member’s appointment time. Incredibly inconsiderate, incredibly unreliable, and if we had a choice without having to wait months to find a new doctor I would absolutely give her a piece of my mind!!

First of all my My Health Insurance United Healthcare gave me no choice but to go with Ann Bass, I had heard negative feedback about her but it was her or no treatment at all! When I had an MS set back and was house bound she insisted I have three separate MRI's requiring three separate doctor's visits before she would approve a steroid infusion, the only thing that touches what I was experiencing at the time. When I could not comply they never followed up or n checked if I was ok, I never heard from them agai

She is very knowledgeable of Parkinson patients and shows highly respect for my dad and his life style changes.

Doctor barely did a superficial medical examination. Gave me a list of the medications for Multiple Sclerosis, told me to read them and choose the medication by myself.She use in the first visit a non professional language such as: “ F. Y. I. “ I had to ask my daughter who was in Highschool what was the meaning of FYI.Dr. Bass behavior was improper and disrespectfull.

I've been a patient of Dr. Bass' for over 20 years. She always listen and we make decisions on my care together. I truly believe I'd be worse off without her care and guidance.

Dr Bass is very knowledgeable and explains MS and the issues with it well. Yes, you might have to wait awhile, but that is because she will take the time to answer ALL QUESTIONS. I have had in-person appointments and tele-visits. Both ran smooth. There is a problem with the message system, but i understand they are working on it. I believe that im doing as well as i am because Dr. Bass has been attentive to my care. If i had been with a different neurologist, i can not know if my symptoms would have been in such good control... read more

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bass for 15 years! Was diagnosed with MS by her, and was in the CAMPATH II study. Yes, times are difficult right now, but they are everywhere! I would LITERALLY be in a wheelchair right now if not for Dr. Bass, so I can go thru a little inconvenience while her office gets back on track. She’s the BEST! She LISTENS to you and won’t dismiss your ailments with “it’s just in your HEAD” like I heard from SO MANY doctors for SO MANY YEARS before I found her!
