We can't recommend Jooik highly enough. He is one of the few professionals in the area who advertises radon remediation and is actually licensed by the state to do radon remediation, which I wish we would have realized earlier. The difference in professionalism is striking. Just had him over to replacement 10 year old radon fan. After replacing it and was not any better he removed the new fan and reinstalled the old one an installed a additional manometer. No charge for his service even though I requested the radon fan. A true professional, thank you.

Top notch. I've had fantastic experiences with Joo Ik Ro for many radon tests and mitigations. They were incredibly timely, showing up exactly when scheduled, and completed the work efficiently. Highly professional throughout the process, clearly knowledgeable, and respectful of the spaces they're working in. What truly stood out was their excellent communication; he kept us informed every step of the way, explaining the process and answering all our questions. I highly recommend Bass and Joo Ik for any radon-related needs!
Jooik was amazing. We were so appreciative of his efficiency and patience — he would not accept payment until we were happy with the results. He put the mitigation system where we wanted it (out of sight), which is saying something because when we received a quote from another mitigation contractor, he refused. We’d definitely recommend him, and I’m happy to say we’ll never need him again!
