Top notch. I've had fantastic experiences with Joo Ik Ro for many radon tests and mitigations. They were incredibly timely, showing up exactly when scheduled, and completed the work efficiently. Highly professional throughout the process, clearly knowledgeable, and respectful of the spaces they're working in. What truly stood out was their excellent communication; he kept us informed every step of the way, explaining the process and answering all our questions. I highly recommend Bass and Joo Ik for any radon-related needs!
Jooik was amazing. We were so appreciative of his efficiency and patience — he would not accept payment until we were happy with the results. He put the mitigation system where we wanted it (out of sight), which is saying something because when we received a quote from another mitigation contractor, he refused. We’d definitely recommend him, and I’m happy to say we’ll never need him again!
Joe from Bass Air Quality is a wonderful person to work. He kept me updated in all aspects of my radon remediation installation. Very professional. Price was good compared to another firm I checked. He was able to match existing downspout as exhaust pipe. Nominal extra cost. Lowered radon levels from over 7 to just under 1. Would and will recommend .
