Terrible attitude. I asked for pricing on a year old demo vehicle. The price was really high compared to brand new, current year offers I had received from 4 other dealers. I asked if maybe there was a mistake and somehow we were talking about a different model. I also explained the offers I had received. I have been in sales for over 20 years and I have never seen such a poor response. Drove from MI because Basney had the best price within 100 miles on a used CR-V. Basney provided me with friendly, fast service and was even willing to stay after normal hours to get the deal completed. Highly recommended for someone wanting a hassle-free buying experience.
