i have never actually serviced here as i don’t live near by. however, i showed up here before service department opened one morning looking to get my tire aired up, i was assisted very quickly without question. the staff was very kind and friendly and did not hesitate to help me. greatly appreciated as i had a 60 mile journey to get to my home dealer
I'm in the process of moving to Elkhart and have had issues with the BMW dealer in the area I am moving from (BMW Louisville.) That being said I have an extended warranty that is expiring and Eric helped me take care of any concerns I had before it was too late. They did a great job and made sure I had a loaner to use while my car was in the shop.
