This was by far and away the most pleasurable experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. My wife and I went to look at a CPO BMW on a whim. We weren't chased through the parking lot by some pushy salesman. We were actually greeted by Denny when we walked in the showroom. He asked what we were looking at/for. The biggest mistake I made was putting my trust into this supposed “high-end” brand. Not even at 5,000 miles and the car has been repaired a total of three times for check-engine light issues. O2 sensors replaced, catalytic converter replaced; and they act like this is normal. Dean, the service manager, is quick to make everything the purchasers problem; I bought this car new as a career professional expecting no issues to use it for travel, but he will push you to source a rental for what is clearly a BMW issue.
