Great cars Great prices amazing staff
We purchased a 2026 BMW X3 Xdrive 30. It was the most painless vehicle purchase I have experienced in 45 years of doing such. A very special shout out to our salesman Ken he was amazing and would gladly recommend him and Basney BMW to anyone looking for a great vehicle.
It took me forever (a year) to narrow down what vehicle I wanted. Also didn’t have great experiences with sales process while browsing. Should’ve been a fun thing to buy a new car. Was not. But Basney and specifically, Denny, changed all that. Granted, a BMW x7 probably isn’t a hard sell- it’s a beautiful vehicle. I had just purchased an M3 in Ohio and was on my way back home to Chicago when a brake caliper came loose - at 70mph on the Indiana Toll Road, that’s not a fun experience. Standing on the side of the road and not being too familiar with South Bend, I had the car towed to Basney simply because they were the closest dealer and I didn’t know any reputable independent shops in the area.
