I have been trying for 3 weeks to get an estimate and get my car fixed by this place. It took a week to get an estimate and I have yet to hear back from these jokers. Mismanaged. Terrible service. I went to Gurley Leep instead, they told me to bring it in tomorrow and I'll be on my way with a rental. My biggest issue is the rest of Basney is wonderful. Bill and Juan have no customer service skills, and you know how I know? I've left numerous messages and requests for a call back to schedule my car to get fixed. These guys ar... read more
