They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting. I also job shadowed here and he knew every single person by name and was very interested in how they were doing.
This dentist and his staff failed to contact our insurance company to see if a procedure was covered. They had our information they had my wife in a chair telling her it was covered, had they checked they would have known she wasn't covered for a deep cleaning for another few months. My wife was required to return weekly and each the staff was asked if the insurance paid as we couldn't afford to be paying out of our pocket and it wasn't like a medical necessity.
