If you decide not to use them, getting a refund is a nightmare. My sister was going to use them in August 2019 & I used my credit card to pay for the appraisal fee. She ended up not using them & I am still waiting to get my refund. I call & leave messages & have only had 1 call back in September, was told I would get a check & never did. Now they are saying have to refund the credit card used, which is no longer valid from being hacked in late September.
