HORRIBLE customer service! Kids are too busy visiting with friends while they’re suppose to be working! They can’t pay attention long enough to get the order right!
Tuff was super nice and kind and we appreciate that a lot! My favorite is Daiquiri Ice and that is what I go in for when we visit.
Don’t have what you want and they don’t honor app price offers / scans. What’s the point of being open later in the summer if you’re not going to have one of the most popular flavors available at 9pm?
Have never had a bad experience at this location but went today with my sisters and kids around 1pm and the girl working was not friendly at all. She acted like she hated everything. Also asked her if they were still making the Dubai sundaes because I saw it posted on the Victoria fb page and she acted clueless. Sorry but if you are this unhappy you don’t need to be working in retail or food industry when you are supposed to have good customer service. Saturday night and they were moderately busy when we came in. The place was a wreck. Tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day. Restrooms were out of order and the staff just seemed overwhelmed. Took about 20 minutes to get order and they were out of water, soda only. Ice cream was fine but the storefront really needs to be a focus as it's normally like this when we come in.
