The ice cream were very good but some employees ignore you and take a lot of time to serve you.
I recently visited the Baskin Robbins ice cream shop and had a terrible experience. The service was incredibly poor, especially from the manager who seemed completely disinterested in helping customers. To make matters worse, I saw roaches in the establishment. It was absolutely disgusting and made me question the cleanliness of the entire place. I definitely won't be going back.
Went there around 9:20pm for cookies and cream and they said they were out. Ok I said give me chocolate. Didn’t realize one scoop of ice cream was $6.58. So I questioned why it was so much , the girl working looked at me as if I could not afford it and if i couldn’t afford it then I should drive off. So I was digging out my change and she was acting as if she was disgusted with me. Anywho I paid for my ice cream, got 20 feet out of parking lot, tasted it and it was disgusting.
