gave half of an order (12$ worth of ice cream missing) and did nothing to rectify the situation, kept telling me on the phone at 9pm to just come drive out and pick up the missing quart if i wanted it. shocking lack of any customer service/rip off!
Gave me the wrong order through Uber Eats (I ordered a World Class Chocolate Small Milkshake but I got random strawberry bits in my shake) and they stapled my straw while trying to close my bag. They can’t really blame Uber Eats too much on this either since the receipt was entirely accurate.
Great customer service, has really improved. Go there often with the family and we always seem to have a wonderful time and it is clean
ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE I ordered a custom photo ice cream cake that costs $75 & it looks like absolute crap. It’s torn in places & it is just not acceptable business practices to ever sell a cake like that The “Manager”, Alexander, starts banging around the cake, because I said that was unacceptable & he said he could fill in the icing & continued to bang the cake around, further tearing it Last year when we ordered it, we had NO problems, so he can’t blame the printer He refused to issue a credit or do anything to make thi... read more
