Worse customer service ever from the ladies that work there. Rude, ignores people and incompetent. Owner needs to hire better staff or continue losing customers.
Cashier was switching between register as we were ordering, and we could barely hear/understand cashier, who didn’t repeat what she was saying when we requested for repetition. We wanted a large lava cake latte, a box of donuts (of 6), and a chicken and bacon croissant. When we were ordering, we started out by saying 1 donut but then changed to a box of donuts.
