They forgot about my order. When they finally made it (after 20 minutes) it was all melted. I had to remind them many times to give me my order.
Slow, it took 10-15 minutes to get 3 ice cream scoops, we were the only ones. The employe was eating a sample, and the other one was on his phone…. Good ice cream though.
Came in the lobby 45 minutes before they close, was not told they close the lobby at 10 instead got hands thrown up at us and eye rolls by Autumn. After seeing how rudely she greeted we asked if they were closed she said yeah. We then asked if we could go through the drive thru and other employee Ben said yes. When we went through the drive thru Ben was apologetic and helpful.
Awful experience, Autumn was nothing but disrespectful to us. Came into lobby and immediately threw her hands up with a dirty face not wanting to greet us or help. Later gave us attitude when we asked if we can still order through the drive thru.
Purchased an ice cream cake $35 that was labeled mint chip with chocolate cake. When we got home to celebrate and sing happy birthday and cut the cake we were shocked to find the inside didn’t match the description on the box. I understand accidents happen and tried multiple times to reach out to the franchisee. I received ZERO response after communicating with corporate.
