I went 3 days before my son’s birthday party to order an ice cream cake with a lion’s logo on it. We meet their terms for placing the order. They took my money and then didn’t make the cake. They had nothing but excuses and apologies. They don’t do refunds they wanted us to take a lesser cake because they messed up. My son just wanted a cake. I took it. I got mad. I recently went through the drive-thru at this location and was surprised to see no line, which was a plus. I asked about donuts since they weren’t pictured on the menu, but it was hard to choose because I couldn’t see any of them. I decided on a ham and Swiss croissant. I live very close by, so I was able to eat it shortly after getting home. Unfortunately, the croissant was soggy, very small, and only had a single slice of ham inside. I was treated very poorly by one of the clerks at this Baskin-Robbins. He was yelling and speaking in an aggressive tone, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing job. I hope management addresses this issue, because no one should be treated this way when simply trying to enjoy ice cream.

Could not understand clerk. I do not speak hindi. He got order wrong. Way too expensive. Not going back.
