Rude staff, absolutely no customer service training experience, They can not make shakes 30mins before closing, so many excuses not to basically work, staff was laughing as i walked away, Kept my composure as I am an Adult that like to show respect and always see the good in other people, but they didnt show me anything great to compliment them with sadly, Starbucks should just take over this spot
Customer service sucks, why are you looking at my brother with an annoyed expression asking him if “you’re sure” after he ordered a milkshake. Bro you applied to work here don’t be annoyed when you have to do your job.
They just close whenever they want… don’t abide by store hours
Drove nearly 15 minutes here, just for them to say that they stop serving the “Baskin” station at 8:30pm. Do not believe the hours of the staff just do not want to work.
