They mess up your order every time and only give you a straw half the time
You need a new manager that knows how to run a business. Staff are not doing their job. Best thing to do is close the store before you lose your money

Worst one of all of the Baskin Robbins around the world I’ve been to, and I have been to many! The lgbtq friendly male night manager is very sassy and it shows in his demeanor and not in a pleasant way at all but rather argumentative way. Seems to not care about customer service one bit.
