We came in and there was only 1 employee working. His name is Brandon. There were 3 cars in the drive thru and 3 sets of people in store in front of us. He stay cool calm and collective as he flew through our orders. The kid needs a eaise!
Asked for matcha with almond milk on 2 separate occasions. Both times they just put regular milk as if people don't have food allergies or dietary restrictions. Also they will not pick up the phone if you have any questions about your order. Service in the lobby is also lackluster. Stores become busy at different times but at least acknowledge customers in the lobby and tell them you'll be right with them.
2 small scoops 1 vanilla 1 chocolate mint and 2 old fashioned donuts $14.74 I didn't check the prices but won't be coming back.
