Stood at the counter by myself for about a minute and a half before I was offered service, asked for a medium chocolate milkshake. The first response from the employee was “okay a small milkshake” I correct them that the size is medium. They follow up with “medium okay what flavor” I had already placed my entire order yet the employee couldn’t figure this out. We attempted to order milkshakes for delivery from here but when the driver arrived they said they were out of chocolate ice cream. The store called us and then told us they were out of chocolate ice cream, vanilla ice cream, and when we asked if they would be able to use chocolate chip ice cream (which they did have) and add in chocolate syrup they said that they could no do that.
