They advertise waffle cups dipped in chocolate you can get the ice cream in. Of course I get to this place and they say, “at the moment we don’t have any.” Then I asked for the non-dairy ice cream since they advertise having non-dairy options and of course, I hear “at the moment we don’t have any non dairy options.” Why did y’all even open the doors? If you don’t have the products that you are advertising, what good are you?
I recently visited this adorable ice cream shop and was blown away by the unique flavors and exceptional customer service! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and offered a sample of their newest flavor. Came to the drive thru for 2 milkshakes and when I asked for a little less milk in the milkshakes (so they wouldn’t be ice cream flavored milk- like they were the day before when we came) I was told I would be charged for extra ice cream. I told the guy (Jeramias) that I didn’t want extra ice cream, I just wanted a little less milk. He quickly and very rudely informed me “that isn’t the point of a milk shake… it’s called a MILK…. I came to this store this morning like i always do and trying to expect a great experience, i came to the register and the cashier gave me the worst service ever, her name is kim and like i said didnt even greet or say thank you!! Didnt even handed me a receipt, she had an attitute and this is unaceptable,!!! I deff will change this store never come back!!!
