Best milkshakes I’ve ever ordered. Lady at the front really blessed us. Best to come in the evening when it’s not busy.
Not Good service
In my order they forgot my donut and i asked no cheese and guess what i got cheese...disappointed
I think as a franchise, there are certain guidelines and trainings. I had shakes at Dunkin/BR very often, so I know how the texture should be. I ordered a shake and it was as fluid as milk. I asked them to make it right. They barely added more ice cream, so it just fit the old cup again! and was again fluid. So, I just left and would never come back.
