Crystallized ice cream texture on the last 2 visits, indicating it's thawed & refrozen, witnessed server pouring melted, liquid, chocolate ice cream from an old tub onto the top of a new one, this is poor management, staff require training in food hygiene, melted ice cream should be discarded & never refrozen let alone poured on top of new ice cream, it's a recipe for food poisoning & sub standard product. It was very pleasant
Tried to satisfy my cravings today and was utterly disappointed. What was supposed to be two scoops in a waffle cone turned out to be two of the tiniest scoops with so much empty room left for me to stare at 🙄. Was told by the staff working during this shift that their manager changed the size of the ice cream scooper to the most miniscule scooper ever. Definitely not worth my time nor my money by cutting corners. Look at the images and you be the judge.
