Tried to satisfy my cravings today and was utterly disappointed. What was supposed to be two scoops in a waffle cone turned out to be two of the tiniest scoops with so much empty room left for me to stare at 🙄. Was told by the staff working during this shift that their manager changed the size of the ice cream scooper to the most miniscule scooper ever. Definitely not worth my time nor my money by cutting corners. Look at the images and you be the judge.

Waiting for Over 20 minutes for one employee to wait on two customers before me she was so slow couldn’t do more than one thing at a time when making heated up food instead of making the rest of their order like making coffee while the food cooked she stood there waiting for the food to cook when someone ordered 4 coffees she made one at a time slowly finally my turn she said oh I’m sorry we’re not making any baskin robbins cappuccino blast big sign advertising all the ingredients and equipment but had me wasting my time

I placed an item via UberEats. The bottom line it was wrong. So I'll be returning my 3, itty bitty scoops (not including tip) when I feel better. I reported to UberEats but honesty, what will they do about it? Nada. Also, the scoops sizes are miniature (in person too). Our "new norm" since the pandemic: shrink our portions & charge us more! Thanks B&R!
