Service in the location is terrible. I waited almost 10 minutes for a milkshake. The milkshake was terrible. I'll find another location
I've visited this Dunkin' + Baskin Robbins location twice now to pick up some ice cream pints and each time, I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Even though the store was filled with customers both times, they have enough staff to work and keep things moving at a good pace. The staff has been friendly to me on both occasions, so nothing bad to say here!
