I came to this location today (4/16/23) to redeem the $2 coupon I got from T-Mobile Tuesday and they said they didn’t have any milkshakes when I asked for one. So I asked if they had any smoothies and they said no. They only have stuff for Dunkin Donuts. So what’s the point of them having the sign outside that they’re Baskin Robbins too? Smh
This place belongs in the bottom of a pit. The service is bad and I even had to write a complaint to corporate after I tried redeeming my coupon here, which was perfectly valid, and the employee ended up marking it as redeemed and told me that the coupon isn't valid. Last place I would go to if this was the only Dunkin Donuts remaining in Queens.

New management and I LOVE IT , spoke to the manager herself she’s very young and very friendly and she has her team together! I been coming to this location for 5 years and I’ve never seen the store like how I just saw it. Keep up the great work!!!! Great energy
