I stopped by Baskin-Robbins for the first time last weekend, and I’m so glad I did! The shop was spotless and welcoming—you can even see how bright and clean it looks from outside. The staff was super friendly and helped me choose my flavor. I went with the Chocolate ice cream, and it was fresh, creamy, and full of rich flavor! Employee here is really weird, didn’t greet us and then when I ordered a banana royale I asked for fudge on top. When she gave me the ice cream there was obviously no fudge so we pointed it out and she lied saying she put it. I looked again and there was obviously no fudge so I asked her to just put “extra” she did. My husband got a cappuccino and she wouldn’t put caramel. So weird to lie about adding toppings and not putting on requested toppings, we paid for it.

Cheap and subpar service. Owner is a real thrill. Treat your employees with respect especially in front of customers and children instead of yelling at them. Do better!
