I stopped here to get the kids and myself ice cream, but after we unloaded the kids and got to the door we realized they are apparently drive thru only. Okay that’s fine we load the kids all back in the car and figure out what everyone wants and go to the drive thru. We order everything but they’re out of jamoca almond fudge and the employee says they have jamoca almond fudge in non dairy and I told her that works. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Baskin-Robbins. I’ve been coming to this location regularly without issue — until today. I was initially helped by a newer staff member who was at least somewhat polite, but apparently wasn’t allowed to make waffles (broke)or my slushie, which the manager quickly shut down she said I couldn’t have strawberry and mango. This is a combo Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts, with a drive though and a few tables inside. Ice cream is good, basic BR stuff at reasonable prices.
