Worst experience ever, placed a online order . Payed online with my credit card when i went all the way to the store they said they dont have my order and the staff was not willing to even assist me with this issue.Customer service was not able to rectify the issue they said i need to speak to the store owner.
My experience was horrible, i wanted a chocolate cheesecake single scoop and i wanted a 2 scoop sundae for my wife. When i went inside the guy was sweeping and he was the only one there so he told me to wait 5 minutes so he could sweep. I said ok. Then more customers came in i waited 15+ minutes i still waited patiently but then instead of taking my order he took everyone else’s order then he took mine. I Oder milkshake from here I pay 10 dollars but the quality is too bad and it’s look like water I don’t like this type off people we pay for food and food quality is not good
Time of closing for this store is 10 pm on website and i checked before going there . I was there around 8:30 and one of the worker told me they already closed . Bad experience. If you don’t wanna work bro go home and sleep why you wasting somebody’s time
Horrible experience! I ordered on grubhub and after a few minutes I received a call saying the restaurant didn’t have chocolate syrup. I didn’t even order an item that required chocolate syrup. Then my order was cancelled. They seem to be out of everything. I’m not even sure why they’re open.
