Worst experience ever, placed a online order . Payed online with my credit card when i went all the way to the store they said they dont have my order and the staff was not willing to even assist me with this issue.Customer service was not able to rectify the issue they said i need to speak to the store owner.
My experience was horrible, i wanted a chocolate cheesecake single scoop and i wanted a 2 scoop sundae for my wife. When i went inside the guy was sweeping and he was the only one there so he told me to wait 5 minutes so he could sweep. I said ok. Then more customers came in i waited 15+ minutes i still waited patiently but then instead of taking my order he took everyone else’s order then he took mine.
