I ordered something and they gave me something else. Took them forever to make milkshakes
If YOU HATE YOUR JOB DON’T WORK HERE!!! I went today to get my favorite ice cream it was 9:15pm and I am very upset at the nasty service the employees here give their customers. One of the employees was mopping and placing the chairs upside down. Employee couldn’t wait for us to order our ice cream before sweeping and throwing the dust at us. Bad customer service with the gentlemen there, according to the receipt it may be Israel. The Baskin and Robbins is in my area, normally I go through the drive-thru, today we went. I'm sorry that we inconvenienced your day by coming in to purchase ice cream on one of the hottest days.
