We live just a few minutes away so we carry the kids by regularly. It never fails, every time we’re there they are out of something we order. And I do mean every time. How do you run out of ice cream at an ice cream shop? Not only that, but they never have enough waffle cones for our family. We have to pick and choose who gets left out every time we go. It’s time to tighten up but judging by your average rating I’m guessing you won’t.
I love Baskin Robbins - but this one is pretty crappy. Dirty store even though it wasn't busy. Lights out in the cases so you couldn't even see the ice cream. Dark in the store due to half of the lights being out. And, here's the real kicker, out of regular vanilla and chocolate ice creams. How does that happen? A good and convenient spot, but a poorly run location.
Wish I could give negative stars.. Tried to go to the Goodlettesville location two times now and each time we have been treated extremely rude by the employees. Both times they were out of something pretty staple specifically on both occasions no waffle cones! This place consistently has the worst service. They have half as many ice cream flavors as every other baskin I've ever been to. Definitely fewer than the 21 flavors they are famous for. Every worker there behaves as if they are doing you a great and arduous favor.
Terrible experience. First of all you can't even see the menu cause the light was out. we asked the server if they knew the light out was out and they replied, matter of factly, yes we know it's out. No apologies for that inconvenience. She then asked if we wanted to come inside to actually see a menu. No we came through the drive-through for a reason. We ordered chocolate ice cream.
