Going to be my first and the last time. The coffee is terrible and the customer service the worse.
A two because they are ALWAYS out of literally almost ALL flavors of ice cream…. and because they take forever to answer the speaker and when they do answer they don’t greet you , you have to speak first smh ! Would give a one but I like their ice cream !
Always check before you drive away! love my pralines and cream. I purchased two large prepackaged containers, and when I got home dipped some for my mom, she took a few spoonful and asked me where's the cream?🍦 They gave me butter pecan!😶
Young, energetic staff gave excellent customer service today. They also were especially patient with my son who placed a detailed order with items from the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins menu. I'll definitely visit them again. Great job!
