The best ice cream and really good customer service services
I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like people should be aware of what I saw here. When I visited, I noticed a roach in the ice cream cone case — and later, another one in the ice cream itself. I was shocked and pretty disgusted. What really bothers me is that this didn’t seem like a one-time issue. It looked like something that had been going on for a while, and from what I could tell, if I noticed it, the staff and owner’s most likely aware of it but didn’t address it properly.
