It’s customary for businesses, especially chains as large as BR, to offer some kind of compensation or voucher if there was an issue that the chain itself was responsible for. I left a complaint and the store responded, confirming that they should have dealt with the situation differently, and then didn’t address the money that I lost as a result of their lack of attention to detail. DO NOT go to Baskin Robbins, they do not care about their customers.

My mother purchased an ice cream cone, and as she was paying, the scoop fell off. Perhaps if the ice cream had been more securely placed on the cone, this mishap could have been avoided. When she requested a replacement, the server insisted on charging her again or suggested she retrieve the fallen ice cream from the counter. The only reason one star was even provided is because they were open. That’s all this location deserves credit for. I needed to order a cake for my daughter’s birthday and the man who helped me was EXTREMELY rude and condescending.
