I was in this Baskin Robbins about two weeks ago and the music was up so loud I couldn’t hear the employee. I ask her three times what she was saying. My sister was there about two days ago and had the same experience. The girls working in the shop were so rude and ignorant , I’ll never go back there . I go to the store in Tustin where I can leave with my ears in tact.
Great location so far, employee that helped us was very kind and gently suggested flavors as we moved around. Much better than the Tustin/Chapman location. 2024 Update: product doesn't seem to have changed but I felt like staff had very little customer service/engagement skills. The cost is sooo high best to save your money for high end store bought and use the self checkout....experience is almost the same.
I stopped by this Baskin Robbin location because it was near my cousin house and my wife wanted a ice cream cone. This location parking lot is very limited so be aware of that. I was lucky to find a spot so I just waited inside the car while I wife went inside to get her ice cream. There wasn't many people inside but there was only 1 worker working so it took a while for my wife to finish ordering her cone. She got their rocky road ice cream and she loved it.
