Good service
I’ve only come here a handful of times (mainly because it is expensive) and I have always had good experiences, but today I had a GREAT experience. The cashier was so patient while my 3 kids chose two types of ice cream and when it was time to pay she told me about a one day promotion they were having. But she did more than tell me about a promotion… She helped a single mom save money on a treat for her kids-and I’m so grateful for that small gesture! 5 star review for the girl that helped me tonight! I haven’t been to BR in over 10 years, the place was clean, and from when we walked in we were welcomed with a great smile and attitude which is rare for ice cream shops these days. 10/10 service and the ice cream was good of course!
I was in this Baskin Robbins about two weeks ago and the music was up so loud I couldn’t hear the employee. I ask her three times what she was saying. My sister was there about two days ago and had the same experience. The girls working in the shop were so rude and ignorant , I’ll never go back there . I go to the store in Tustin where I can leave with my ears in tact.
Great location so far, employee that helped us was very kind and gently suggested flavors as we moved around. Much better than the Tustin/Chapman location. 2024 Update: product doesn't seem to have changed but I felt like staff had very little customer service/engagement skills. The cost is sooo high best to save your money for high end store bought and use the self checkout....experience is almost the same.
