Horrible workers, and customer service. The owners and customer should know they close much earlier than posted and the workers do not care about the customers. Very rude. I don’t know how they are still in business. Such a disgrace
Got looked over and ignored for someone who came in after me and the woman behind her after that. Don't need staff profiling me and my daughter, there are other places for ice cream in this city. Never coming back to this place again. Train your staff on customer service.
This was the worst Baskin-Robbins location I’ve ever been to. The scoops were unbelievably small. I redeemed a free scoop coupon, and the staff told me it was only for a “kids scoop,” but the coupon didn’t state that anywhere. Even if it were a kids scoop, the portion I received was still half size of what I usually get at other Baskin-Robbins stores. Very disappointing experience and I would not come back.
Very slow service 1 employee to 20 customers in line
Andrea has outstanding customer service and always goes above and beyond. She’s attentive with my banana split and toppings, making every visit a great experience.
