the staff most are not nice for example she did not want to scan ma points claiming cant do that with other coupons i told her this is just for the amount i paid not to get anything else she argued. other examples they rarely smile except for the guy last week. overall ok ice-cream and expensive and bad service

I like the ice cream here but the staff unfortunately so slow The reason why I put 2 stars is when I see the staff how they treat the delivery driver I refuse even to buy after what I saw

I went in yesterday 9/5 around 1:30 to get ice cream and Veronica was helping me. First of all when I entered the store no one greeted me and when Veronica finally decided to help me her tone was very unpleasant and she made me feel like I was burdening her by being there. I was respectful the whole duration of my order and was extremely patient but she made me feel like I shouldn’t be there. We were told we have to order online, so we did, then we go and get the order, come home, it’s missing one sundae, the Oreo one, then we send my FIL back to get it back, we called and she immediately said “we are out of Oreos” we said well you didn’t say anything ? She quickly says oh yeah it was a mistake and then nothing she said nothing else, she knew exactly why we were calling, have a feeling they said oh since we were out of Oreos they said who cares they won’t call, LAZY.
