Ordered two polar pizzas for birthday celebrations while family was in Miramar. What we received was nothing short of half melted, and the exact opposite of the two flavors we had ordered. Ordered and paid for a milkshake, only for them to forget about me. Help other people while I was sitting there waiting. I had to remind them, then finally got served. Pecan milkshake was delicious.
Ice cream shop and they never have ice cream…… i don’t understand
I placed an order through Uber Eats at the Baskin-Robbins on 14305 Miramar Parkway, and the items I ordered were not available. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and communication was nearly impossible since they only spoke Spanish. Mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. I hope this location improves their customer service and communication skills, because no one should have to deal with this.
