I placed an order on Uber Eats. They were so low on stock that they had literally nothing from my order. But because they accepted the order they couldn’t fill, there was no way to cancel and I was charged anyway.
Service is worse than ever. Who allows employees to serve food in a visibly filthy shirt? Staff is too busy conversing with each other to take orders. At some point the worker advised that "this is hard". And last time I checked it does not take advanced training to make a sundae. Sundae was sloppily made and the store is not well kept.
Went in for a chocolate chip ice milkshake, lady with dreads give me the milkshake and as soon as I tried it I noticed it was extremely water and tasted like straight up milk. I asked her can I get a new one made because it taste like straight up milk and she looks at me and give me the most condescending attitude so you milkshake taste like milk so you want a new one?
