First time visit at this location. I can see the good heart begin the service that at first seemed concerning just based on the welcoming attitudes, but the person who was cleaning the floor didn't Wash his hands and then went on to handle the dessert ice cream. This is the problem, it's not hygienic to do this without washing hands or using fresh gloves and that needs to change. Dr David

After when I ordered a Dubai chocolate sundue for their app, by the time I made it to their store, they said that they're out of It and I wanted a refund, but they refused because of store policy. Don't order an item from their app.
