I ordered a cake from this location and am horrified by what I received. I ordered a unicorn cake with a week's notice, but what I received looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered. Additionally, instead of a 9 inch cake they made a smaller cake and then just covered it with so much frosting that the cake was about half frosting. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION.
I usually don’t leave reviews but this time I felt like I had too. I ordered a custom ice cream cake on the website and made sure I ordered it 2 days in advance because that’s how long it said on the website it takes to make it. It even said it would be ready at a certain time but when I got there they said they never made it. They had it ready the next day but when I finally cut into it and had a piece it was mostly ice cream and just a thin piece of cake which I didn’t really like. Starting to think it’s a Baskin-Robbins policy to close their lobbies hours before posted closing times. This is my 3rd attempt at another location trying to get a late night treat for my partner. Only to have workers inside the place on their phones pacing around after locking their doors.
