This location is always amazing! Staff is always sweet, and patient. Normally I come in the afternoon and see the manager, she always has a positive attitude! Glad to see that the staff take after her!

Had a really nice experience at Baskin-Robbins. The store was clean, and the service was great. The manager was present during my visit and was especially kind and welcoming, which made a big difference. You can tell they care about customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Marilu was exceptional today. We went for the Banana Split Wednesdays, she mentioned Tuesday Family Nights as well. Got a couple of quarts to bring home. They were busy, understandably with this California winter weather, but were super efficient and acknowledging everyone that came in.
Great flavors of all kinds of ice cream. Employees very nice and helpful. You can ask for a taste tester for any ice cream
