A lot of negative reviews here, but when I went, FYI with no knowledge of other people’s experience, for me, it was pretty decent. The flavor I had, icing on the cake, was amazing. Line was decently long, wasn’t too bad. It was around night time, just as the sun hid behind the horizon. Not too sure why people had a bad experience, I guess me and my mom were fortunate.
Baskin-Robbins is always consistent with a great selection of delicious ice cream flavors and creative new flavors. The staff is excellent👍
Sunday afternoon about 3:30 there is a couple in the front a single person in front of me and then me. Three people on staff All three people are helping the first group. When the next person gets in line all three people take his order because he has a few scoops of different kinds. Then it gets to me by this time the line is about nine people deep . It's Sunday at 425pm. There is only 1 employee working and 12 people in line. The only employee is moving fast but doesn't have gloves or a hair net on. Ok, hair net, whatever, BUT gloves, those are standard when working in food service. That is gross. I didn't get any ice cream bc of that, but the people I'm with did. The cost was what you would expect for Baskin Robins. No complaints on the ice cream. They enjoyed it. Would we come back. They probably would. Me? No bc of hygiene.
They never answer the phone , and they allowed online orders when they were closed.
