last night the guy ( a shuby Mexican tall guy) who was serving the ice cream was very bas customer service, he don't want to serve more than one scope because there was a long line of people. I wait like 20 minutes to get wath I want, not wath he wants to serve me. The worse customer service
My husband and I visited Baskin-Robbins yesterday at approximately 9:30 PM. We waited in line for quite some time, even though both of us have disabilities. When it was finally my turn, I ordered a banana split. The employee serving customers, a heavy-set Hispanic male wearing a brown shirt, immediately told me he could not make it because of the time.
