I went in today to get a strawberry banana smoothie. It was delicious and the girl at the counter gave me excellent customer service. I will definitely return!

Good customer service, and employees are respectful, especially Wali who is a real gentleman. He is extremely polite, and try his best to make the customers feel comfortable about their choices on picking the right product. They are located in Elk Grove, CA, and this location of Baskin Robins is pretty much bigger. They are taking hygiene seriously, and keep the store clean, also cleanliness is important for them that is why they change their gloves every few minutes which is great.
